Sub-Processors

AtomAI engages a limited number of third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help deliver and support our services. These sub-processors may process personal data that AtomAI handles on behalf of its customers (the data controllers). AtomAI remains responsible for ensuring that each sub-processor is bound by data protection obligations consistent with those in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

This page reflects the sub-processors currently engaged by AtomAI. We keep it up to date and use it to satisfy our obligation to inform customers of any changes to our sub-processors.

Notification of changes

AtomAI will provide reasonable advance notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor — [by updating this page / by email to the customer’s designated contact] — so that customers have an opportunity to object in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement.
